  • 38 Junior (2 rooms, 1 bedroom) Apt. units on Ground floor and 1Floor
  • 22 Family (2 floors, 3 rooms, 2 bedrooms) Apt. units on the 2nd floor
  • Energy Performance Certificate: B, Nr. P 168 2011 011 B14, valid till 06.02.2023

EQUIPTMENT: All apartments have a built-in air-cooling and heating (split system), their own electric and water meters and an internet connection.

SKIPER JUNIOR

The Skiper Junior Apartments are located on the ground floor and the 1st floor of the Skiper Resort Yellow House.
These are 2-room apartments, 1 bedroom, in the size from 35 m2 to 45 m², equipped for 2 (+2) persons:

  • All apartments have an outdoor balcony or terrace with a direct or side view of the sea or garden.
  • A living room with sofa bed and TV corner, fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining table
  • A bedroom with bedside tables and wardrobe
  • A bathroom with shower / tub,
  • A covered terrace with table and armchairs in artificial rattan 
  • Every unit has its own built-in air cooling and heating (split system, WI-FI and TV)

SKIPER FAMILY

The Skiper Family Apartments are located on the 2nd floor and the attic of the Skiper Resort Yellow House.

These are two-story, 3-room apartments with 2 bedrooms, in the size from 71 m2 to 88 m², equipped for 4 (+2) persons:

All apartments have an outdoor balcony or terrace with a direct or side view of the sea or garden.

Lower floor (2nd floor):

  • A spacious living room with sofa bed and TV corner, fully equipped modern kitchen with dining table for 6.

  • A bathroom with a shower / tub, covered terrace with table and armchairs in artificial rattan

  • Round, wooden steps at the entrance to access the upper rooms.

Upper floor (attic):

  • A master bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe and an exit to the balcony

  • A bedroom with twin beds, a nightstand, a wardrobe and a roof window
  • A bathroom with a shower / tub

SALE PRICE

The prices of the apartments vary and depend on spaciousness and position of the particular apartment unit in the building and are therefore divided into 3 price levels.
